Before we arrive

  • Complete cleaning and staging before the scheduled appointment.
  • Let us know about access instructions and any specific features to photograph.
  • Secure pets and plan for occupants to stay clear of the rooms being photographed.

Living spaces & bedrooms

  • Clear surfaces of personal items, chargers, and unnecessary clutter.
  • Make beds, straighten pillows, and tidy visible storage.
  • Open blinds consistently where appropriate and check that light bulbs work.

Kitchens & bathrooms

  • Clear counters, sinks, and appliance fronts.
  • Put away toiletries, cleaning products, and waste bins.
  • Set towels neatly and close toilet lids.

Exteriors & outdoor areas

  • Move vehicles out of the driveway when practical.
  • Put away hoses, bins, garden tools, and loose outdoor items.
  • Tidy outdoor seating and prepare features you want photographed.
